Counseling and Emotional Support
Individual Counseling: Our trauma-informed counseling services are tailored to meet the specific needs of survivors. We provide a safe and confidential space where individuals can process their experiences, explore emotions, and develop coping strategies essential for healing.
Group Therapy: We offer support groups facilitated by trained counselors, providing survivors with a sense of community and shared understanding. Group therapy sessions promote mutual support, validation, and the opportunity to learn from others’ experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
Psychotherapy Services: Our professional therapy services delve into deeper psychological impacts of violence and trauma. Through psychotherapy, survivors receive specialized therapeutic interventions aimed at addressing and healing from complex emotional and psychological challenges stemming from their experiences.
